Carrol And Gracie Fletcher

When Marshall calls, are you going to be questioned, arrested, or detained? Or is it the Marshall Metro Rotary Club Past District Governor Carrol Fletcher that has got you in his sights?

Carrol joined the Marshall Metro club in 1981, the year the club was chartered. He is an Extended Paul Harris Fellow, a Benefactor and a Major Donor to the Rotary Foundation. He is also a Life Member of the 711 Club. He received his Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service in June 1996. He also attended the Permanent Fund Academy in Evanston, Illinois in 1996. PDG Carrol served as District 5830 Governor in 1990-1991. After service as DG, he served as District Foundation Chairman for a number of years. He now travels the district looking for volunteers to become Major Gift Donors for Rotary. Carrol's experience with Rotarians is that when he comes calling, Rotarians say "yes" when asked to serve. His advice: Al-ways attend district meetings. These have been busy years for Carrol and highlight years for District 5830 having Carrol as a continuing dynamic asset. Thanks DG Carrol Fletcher.
