IPDG Judy Guthrie awarded the "Bill Rains" Award to Amanda Folmar, Past President of South Tyler Rotary Club during the Foundation Banquet on February 8, 2020. The award is presented to the District 5830 Rotarian that is outstanding in Membership, Foundation Giving, Public Image and Leadership. Congratulation to Amanda who is a well deserved recipient of the Award!

* First Place was Marshall Rotary Club, Club President Jay Webb- 2017-2018 Club President Louraiseal McDonald accepted the Award.
