What is Club Visioning?

DG Ted Huffhines says "You will hear more about Club Visioning when I come to your club. We were able to train 20 CV Facilitators this past weekend. This is an excellent opportunity to get your club reinvigorated and to develop a cohesive plan moving forward. It also allows for everyone to have input in what the club is going to do moving forward. A number of clubs are already getting scheduled to have the Facilitators hold a CV session for their club. Contact me to discuss getting on the schedule."
A Club Vision Facilitation is a four hour session that assists key leaders and interested members of a Rotary club in achieving continuity, consistency and consensus. The facilitation session is intended for all interested Rotarians in your club—from your newest members to your most tenured. The breadth and depth of the facilitation exercise is optimized when club leaders (past, present and future) and member opinion leaders participate.

Club Visioning Initiative for PDGs & AGs was a great success!  Four trainers from Zones 30-31 were in Tyler on June 3 at the Country Inn and Suites.  There was a “hard start” at 9 am. Training was to adjourn at 4:30 pm.  No cost for those who attended and the District covered the expenses for the team.
