Happy August! Our Rotary theme for the month of August is Membership & New Club Development. I love that this theme is so early in the Rotary year. One of the best ways to ensure the message and magic of Rotary is carried on for years to come is by welcoming new members to join the cause.Hopefully by now your club has identified a membership chair and begun putting together a plan for attracting, engaging, and retaining new members. Now is the best time to begin looking for quality candidates who believe in our mission and want to help us do more in our communities.
