Rotary of Cedar Creek Lake recently held their  annual Klothes for Kids event in which winter clothing for over 75 children was purchased.  Because of the number of children involved from two different schools districts it took three days to complete the project.  Each child was paired up with two to three adults to help them shop. Although the club organized and funded the project, it is considered a community wide project in which over a 170 volunteers from the local Cedar Creek Lake community; churches, clubs, etc.came together to make it happen.  The local Mabank High School Interact Club provided a number of students to help out. Rotary of Cedar Creek Lake "Super Hero" volunteers were also there to help out.
