District 5830 Training Assembly was held April 21, 2018 at Northeast Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant. A big "Thank You" goes out to Pittsburg Rotary Club's President Carolyn Franks and her team for hosting the event. DGE Judy Guthrie was very pleased with the attendance of 83 Rotarians that were eager to learn. On the picture to the left are Amanda Folmar who spoke about her passion for Interact and Rachael Trimble spoke on the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. Jill Bultemeier an Interact member was introduced and will be traveling to Germany to study. DGE Judy would also like to say "Thank You" to the Breakout Session leaders and presenters at the District Assembly. They are as follows: Zone 31 ARPIC & PDG David Bixler, DA Shirley Pinnix-Evans, PDG Carroll Greenwaldt, DG Ted Huffhines, IPDG Lee Montgomery and AG Sam Scroggins.
