Sarah is a native Texan, born in Victoria. Her family relocated to Cedar Park, Texas where she graduated as the Alpha Class of Vista Ridge High School. Sarah received her BA in Business from The University of North Texas, and continued her education with Western Governor’s University to complete her MBA in Healthcare Management.

Sarah moved to Longview in May of 2018 and lives with her dog Clyde. Throughout high school, Sarah was a competitive swimmer which led her to have a passion for water safety and drowning prevention awareness.

Her Aquatics Career has consisted of managing a variety of Aquatics facilities including her own company, Swim To Me. Sarah is a Certified Lifeguard Instructor through the American Red Cross, has taught all levels of swimmers how to swim, and coached competitive swimmers. After 15 years in the Aquatics Industry, Sarah is now seeking opportunities in Healthcare Management.

Rotary Opens Opportunities could not be a better description of what Rotary has meant to her. Longview Greggton Rotary Club invited her to become a member in August of 2019. Sarah was asked to serve as Social Media Chair and interim Secretary. She is active with Interact, participate in RYLA, and served as a Ranger at 2020 Lonestar PETS. As the new Rotary Year begins on July 1, she is honored and excited to serve Longview Greggton as Secretary and Social Media Chair and serve District 5830 in a larger capacity as Public Image and Social Media Chair. We are faced with many unique challenges in the new Rotary year; technologies such as Zoom, YouTube Live, Facebook, ClubRunner and other platforms are tools to ensure Rotarians stay connected. Sarah looks forward to being of Service in this new era.
