It is time to celebrate you and your clubs for an outstanding 2024-25 Rotary Year at the District 5830 Conference at the Museum of Red River in Idabel, OK!

Mark your calendar, register now and reserve your cabin or room for a weekend in Idabel Oklahoma.

During the conference we will be celebrating the success of individual Rotarians and their clubs with the Rotarian of the Year, Club of the Year, Club Excellent Awards and other recognitions.
We start out with an opportunity to support Idabel Rotary Club with their annual fundraiser "Walkin Tacos" at their biggest football game of the year " Idabel vs Broken Bow.   The volunteer time would be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. We need your help setting up, selling tacos, clean up duty and maybe directing traffic.   Then you are off to enjoy the football game with our fellow Rotarians. --- This is a pre conference activity if you want or can come early.

You can sleep late on Saturday morning and be ready for an exciting District 5830 Conference with an motivational speaker Courtland Warren.   Courtland was born and raised in Idabel, Ok and is an authentic and relevant thought leader and master facilitator in large group awareness training. On stage, he looms as an intriguing combination of power, humor and empathy.  Courtland's certitude stems from his stated purpose, "to make new the thoughts of people about what they are capable of being".

After the conference at 3:00 p.m. Henry Moy, Director of The Red River Museum has a private tour planned for us with fun activities. The Museum of the Red River in Idabel, Oklahoma, celebrates the world’s artistic heritage, while emphasizing the contributions made to this heritage by the native peoples of the Americas. You do not want to miss this opportunity!

Lastly, for those that plan to spend Saturday night in Idabel, OK. Rotarians will have the opportunity gather to visit with old friends or meet new friends.
