Rotary needs to expand it's reach by becoming more visual in our communities. The Texarkana International Rotary Club now has a rolling billboard community service vehicle identifying club projects and our joint four club Rotary Flag Project. We feel our flag business can grow and possibly identify a few like minded service oriented prospective members through Rotary Awareness. We plan to use this vehicle with all club projects and some flag routes, parking it overnight at key locations throughout Bowie and Miller Counties.Texarkana International Rotary Club Community Service Vehicle
