Russell Sparks a member of Texarkana Oaklawn Rotary Club and Owner of Hightech Signs volunteered to make yard signs to sell as a fundraiser to help local frontline heroes (police, fire dept, EMT’s). Russell also delivered hygiene product for students to some of our local middle/junior high schools. Each school district will decide how to distribute the product donated to their students.
