Texarkana Sunrise RC and BWI Companies 2nd Year to Sponsor Cub Scout Group

Texarkana Sunrise Rotary Club is behind Boy Scout of America Caddo Area Council Scout Executive, Anthony Escobar.  Sunrise welcomes Anthony Escobar as he update the Rotarians on the success of the pilot Cub Scout Program at Nash Elementary School.   Sunrise Rotary Club and BWI Companies will sponsor 32 Cub Scouts for the 2nd year beginning in October 2019.
