The District-Wide Community Service Project is this weekend!
1. Each participating District 5830 Rotary Club can determine the place and time of service. If you cannot participate this weekend, you may select a different day, as long as photos and reports are submitted by May 16th.
2. Clubs should document their service project through photos, videos, and written reports and post them on social media. Send reports to Tiffanydamskov@yahoo.com by May 16th.

3. The friendly contest aims to inspire Rotarians to work together to make a positive difference in the communities through service.
Friendly Contest Guidelines for Rotary Clubs Cleaning State or Local Parks and/or Neighborhoods:
1. Most Unique Item Collected: Each Rotary Club participating in the park clean-up service project will be encouraged to keep an eye out for unique or unusual items found in the park. The club that finds the most unique item will win this category.
2. Most Volunteers: Rotary Clubs are encouraged to recruit as many volunteers as possible to help with the clean-up efforts. The club with the highest number of volunteers per capita participating in the park clean-up will win this category.
3. Most Youth Volunteers: In addition to overall volunteer numbers, Rotary Clubs are encouraged to involve youth in the clean-up efforts. The club with the highest number of youth volunteers participating in the park clean-up will win this category.
4. Best Photo: Rotary Clubs are encouraged to document their park clean-up efforts by taking photos throughout the event. The club that submits the best photo capturing the spirit of the clean-up project will win this category.
Prizes other than bragging rights:
- Recognition at the next District Rotary meeting
- A certificate for the winning club in each category
Overall, the goal of this friendly contest is to promote teamwork, community involvement, and environmental stewardship among Rotary Clubs as they work together to clean up and improve their local parks and neighborhoods.
