Tom is a 3rd generation Rotarian born in KC, educated at Vanderbilt. He has a 40 yr career in real estate management amd Brokerage. His experience includes years in urban planning for cities and counties, including over $25,000,000 in government grant administration. Tom has served for many years as board member for Azleway Children's Services, Samaritan Counseling Ctr of Tyler, Disciples Crossing in Athens,  Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. He is a member of the First Christian Church Tyler. Tom and his wife Anne (a retired RN) have 3 adult children.
